Is it possible to customize or personalize your products?

All our items are made to order, so YES! It is possible to personalize each one of them. However, our website does not support any customization options yet so you will have to contact us about it. We would love to help you with this.

My coffee mug arrived broken :( What should I do?

Unfortunately, aggressive delivery men and breakable objects do not mix well together. We carefully package each product as well as we can but it can sometimes happen that they break during delivery.

But no worries, just take a picture of the broken product and send it to us. We will then recreate and ship you a brand new one. Of course you don't need to pay anything extra.
